The ladder you climb

Seven levels, from orienting in a field to leading systems change in it. Each level has a gate: a demonstrated percentage, a number of pieces of evidence, and — higher up — the kind of evidence it must be.

You move one rung at a time. The engine never promises a leap.

What it reads about you

Your jurisdictionSources from where you actually practise rank first, then regional, then global.

Your professionYour simulation role is cast from the work you do — regulator, adviser, community representative.

Your evidenceWhat you have demonstrated, weighted by where it came from. Faculty judgement counts most.

Your languageSetswana can carry instruction. Authoritative sources always stay in their published language.

Faculty set the standard, mark the work that counts most, and can override any adaptation the engine makes. Their judgement carries the heaviest weight in the evidence model — because a person is accountable for it.

Ranks sources from your own jurisdiction first, then regional, then global.
Casts your simulation role from the work you actually do.
Carries instruction in Setswana where you want it.

What it will never do

It will not lower the standard you are assessed against, for anyone, ever.
It will not let how confident you feel move your level.
It will not certify you off a questionnaire — diagnostic-only evidence stops at level two.
It will not guess at missing data. It tells you what is missing instead.
It will not hide its reasoning. Every adaptation is logged, and faculty can override any of it.
Count attendance as progress. Only evidence advances you.
